As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I provide customized fitness solutions based on my clients' needs, goals & abilities. I'm a passionate personal trainer with over 20+ years experience in a wide array of training and wellness protocols. My objective in every client session is simple: to enhance your quality of life by training smarter and more effectively in the interests of keeping you healthy, fit, and feeling great and helping you overcome any obstacles you encounter.

Meet Debra Michelle Jones
Certified Personal Trainer, NASM
Born in Washington, DC, adopted by her parents at 18 months and raised in her formative years in Silver Springs, MD, Debra Michelle Jones was born to defy the odds. Debra dared to hope beyond adversity, believe beyond brokenness and live beyond limitations.
After getting married at an early age, and that marriage ending in divorce, Debra then remarried and has now been with her husband for almost 25 years. After suffering several miscarriages from her early adulthood to age 29, she now has three amazing sons. After being given up for adoption, Debra found identity through her faith. After gaining weight and weighing over 200 lbs, she found a way to take her life back and become healthy.
Through all of Debra's tragedies and triumphs, she has learned that though setbacks can be devastating, they don't define a person and they are not final. With that principle in mind, her approach to wellness is to go to the source of unhealthy behaviors and addressing them at the root with both care and intentionality.
For Debra Michelle, every wellness tip, assessment, workout routine, class and exercise is designed to go beyond her clients experiences, failures, disappointments and limitations to speak to their heart, mind and body for the purpose of communicating one message, and that is "DON'T CHEAT YOUR BODY out of doing what it was designed to do: LIVE!"
