The heart is a muscle that should be worked every day. It is responsible for circulating oxygen and nutrient-rich blood throughout the body. When the hear is weakened and not working properly it effects virtually every part of the body, including the muscles, organs, tissues, cells and systems in the body. The best way to condition your heart is through cardio exercise and weight training. So DON'T CHEAT YOUR BODY, condition your heart.
